Our Approach 

Brundisium Legal is an experienced and dedicated criminal law, road traffic law and restraining order practice, providing practical advice and strong representation to clients across Western Australia. We can assist with State and Commonwealth offences in all Western Australian courts.

We represent adults and juveniles, recognising that every client’s case requires an individualised approach. Based in Perth, we service clients throughout metropolitan, regional and remote Western Australia. For eligible clients, we undertake matters at Legal Aid rates.

Accessible Legal Services

Brundisium Legal provides legal services for people who may need extra support to understand and navigate the legal system. This includes people who are neurodivergent or have an intellectual, cognitive, neurodevelopmental or psychosocial disability, including intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, cognitive impairment and mental health conditions.

We understand that disability can affect how people communicate, understand information, make decisions, remember things and cope with stressful situations. Dealing with police, courts and lawyers can make these challenges even harder. We take the time to listen, explain things clearly and provide legal advice in a way that works for you.

We also work with NDIS participants, including people facing legal issues connected with their support, independence, accommodation, relationships or everyday life.

We can guide you through specialist therapeutic court programs, such as the Start Court, Intellectual Disability Diversion Court, In-Roads, Drug Court and Family Violence Lists.
